我是上班族,工作忙碌
下班後,理想的生活安排
是學習英文與運動,並持續在工作上精進自己的專業
下班後休息一下,或是瀏覽網頁、FB
時間不知不覺都流失了,感覺什麼都沒有進度
越來越覺得,時間都不夠用
我自我檢討,最大的原因,真的是「自制」的問題
1.常常會deny,一直拖,不想做事
想說,再多玩一下,再去念書或做事
2.動作慢、效率差
現在的生活型態,無法離開電腦
真不知如何解決自己的這個問題
事情一直來,永遠都做不完,負面情緒累積
