小夜班該如何調整睡眠時間 - 時間管理

目前是學生半工半讀
找到的工作在新聞台當工讀生
一個禮拜有兩天排到小夜班21:00 ~01:00
我目前的作法是
如果有小夜班我會排中午午休30min~1hr
睡眠時間是從回到家凌晨兩點~隔天早上八點(早上八點半的課)
其他的日子是12點睡 隔天早上7:30起床
但最近月經一直遲遲沒來 去看中醫
醫師說是因為肝太過疲勞了 建議早睡
如果把平常日子的作息時間調成早睡早起
(ex:11點前睡,6:30起床)
小夜班那兩天又會過得非常痛苦不堪
(11點開始就進入半昏迷狀態)
請問有沒有人有相關經驗可以分享的
(因為是相關科系的工作 所以不太希望辭掉)
