早起之後又睏了 - 時間管理

您好,我也是幾個月前開始進行早起的人,
我將睡眠時間控制在五個半小時至六小時之間,
而大都是在五點半左右起床。(雖然偶爾會太累睡過頭XD)
起床後會想在睡,對生理還沒習慣新作息的人,是滿正常的,
我自己試過覺得很有效的幾個方法有:
1. 運動
起床後就喝杯水去晨跑半小時,回來洗個澡,至中午前都會很有精神
2. 喝咖啡
通常是在我沖澡後休息一陣子,並進食後才飲用,有時沒晨跑,則為進食後飲用
3. 看看天空面向陽光
最近有研究顯示,陽光會幫助調節生理機能。我自己作法是,起床後洗完臉就看
看天空跟風景,差不多看個五分鐘吧,之後就會有精神一陣子。又想睡時,在去看。
這幾個方式是我覺得比較有用的,不過有很重要一點要注意是,那就是早餐的內容。
進食的內容如果太油膩、澱粉太多、抑或吃超過八分飽,這幾點都會讓你用餐後
超級想睡覺。請避免。
另外,個人覺得早起一定要配合「午覺」,不然下午會沒精神。
