早起 - 時間管理

最近調了一下睡眠時間
從原本半夜2~3點睡,隔天11點多起床
這幾天都12點左右睡覺,隔天8點起床!
但是最近早起之後讀書會覺得特別累!然後讀書時就會小睡一下
2月底就要研究所考試了,但是體力卻愈來愈差
不曉得考生們的生活作息都如何,會不會覺得特別疲累?
運動不曉得會不會好一點?
