忽然想起某次寫考試的閱讀測驗
日研究中說明睡覺睡1.5的倍數時間會比較有精神
像是1.5小時3小時4.5小時7小時
像就是午覺睡1.5就好
晚上睡7小時就好
我覺得小準
因為我的午覺都會自然睡到3小時
晚上都是直接睡到8.5小時
不用調鬧鐘呢
