有時後只想躺一下,結果一不小心已經天亮了
跟
心安理得、心無掛礙的上床躺平、「認真的」用力睡覺
睡眠效果會有差嗎
會不會前者會一直處在淺眠的狀況呢
因為心理一直不安穩、一直想著等下要睜開、等下要睜開....
不能太放縱、不能做太深的夢...之類
造成沒有真正睡到(雖然以絕對值計算是有躺足8'9小時)
有人有類似經驗嗎
