這天急行軍台北一日,來到我熟悉的大龍峒附近,順便吃吃以前沒吃過的小羊(咩~?)
根據大同這邊老人的說法,現在的小楊是30年前最早在豬屠口賣豬血湯的店家,
在某些原因歇業後,昌吉街豬血湯便聲名鵲起,至今也有了20年的歷史,
幾年前小楊再度開幕,懷念這滋味的長者們再度有了話題。

隔壁是昌吉紅燒炖鰻,幾年前住這附近早將之放入口袋卻一直未造訪,
到了現在反倒沒了當年的興致勃勃。
小楊賣的東西簡單,豬血湯(30元)、炒米粉(20元)、咖哩肉燥飯(20元),
在台北已稱得上佛心價,花個50元銅板就是簡單一餐。
附近的昌吉街紅豆腐豬血湯,是沙茶味濃、蔥油相對厚重的口味,
這碗小楊豬血湯,僅僅30元卻也是量多豐富,喝起來不似眼中所見的濃稠表象,
仍具油份可相較紅豆腐清淡些,但是相當夠味。
特別的是酸菜和韭菜的溶入程度,鹹酸勁與韭菜辛香較強烈,
這其實不算是我喜愛的口味,卻莫名的一口口喝下,到後來愈吃愈習慣了~
大塊狀的豬血口感很好,除了嫩,還有微微滯留齒舌間的膠凝,
沒有蘸料,這邊吃原味的。
咖哩滷肉飯,這讓我想到另外幾間北部的滷肉飯,寧夏圓環邊的龍緣與龍凰號,
以及新竹北門街的吳家滷肉飯,也是帶點咖哩味的風格。
炒米粉的濕軟蓬鬆度恰當,加上一點辣椒醬,怕辣小心別加多,其實這還不錯吃。
小楊和昌吉街紅豆腐的豬血我是難以比較,因為一間5年前吃的,一間是最近吃的,
口味則各有特色,就看哪種合自己意。
如台中常見有著的細韭段、清肉骨風味豬血湯,就更符合我目前的喜好了。
