關於這點我也可以分享一下個人經驗,
基本上這是沒錯的,至少就我而言是這樣,
我大都是10點前後睡,然後清晨4、5點起來.
然而,當你體能鍛鍊到一定程度的時候,
睡眠時間將再自然減少,我最誇張的時候
有晚上11點多睡早上精神太好3點半就自然醒的經驗~^^"

附帶一提,似乎也是很久以前在此版看到的文章,
有某神人版友宣稱他每天只需睡三小時!
因為他每天游泳一萬公尺約兩小時!!^^"
