我是一個睡覺都會作夢的人,真正睡眠時間少的可憐。
早上又都會賴床,有時候賴床很快就起來。
有時候又直接給他睡下去,還可能一睡就幾個小時過去了。
我該怎麼改善呢?請各位幫幫我吧orz
