2007年雙和版最紅的美食是大腸包小腸。
傳說她的地點隱密,反而提供網路客尋寶的快感。
我向來愛跟風。
這美味卻可遇不可求。
也許是路況不易,也許是時間太忙,{哀呀,我也是要做生意><}
對於美食的懸念一直放在心底。
2007年我跟不上大家的熱潮,年底時,來回員山路多回,
總算在角落發現美味。
覺得好吃,沒機會再吃一次,
三月份的假期,剛好跟阿文從瑞芳玩回來。
總算有機會吃
吃大腸包小常需要一點耐心,阿婆會花一些時間烤,
我向來喜歡與人閒聊,阿婆的紅槽肉醃了兩天之久。
香味沁入,夾著大蒜配著酸菜,一口咬入,滋味甚美。
可惜沒有烤好當下,直接送入嘴,回來品味,溫溫口感,美味少了幾分。
比起紅槽肉夾小腸,大腸包小腸其實更讓我滿意。
皮烤的甚脆的大腸皮,連同大口咬入,酸菜解除香腸的油膩,
好吃。
可惜,住較遠,十分鐘的車程,跟往日邊騎邊吃,享受熱氣燙口的美味相比,
當日的銷魂回味卻是找不回的。
如果是大饕客,真心想吃到第一級的好料,
不妨買完當下,站著喀完。
