N年前就討論到爛的複雜議題,但我有一個非常簡單的判斷標準
但凡是有人討論這個議題的時候
如果你發現他只一直跟你講如何把台北跟基隆連結
但卻絕口不提基隆市區內部的路線建設
那就肯定是個十足十的騙局,這點沒有例外
無論是從最一開始說的TT、輕軌到現在的捷運真的是無一例外
只要是聚焦於如何從南港或展覽館接到百福/七堵/八堵甚至基隆
那都只是一種騙局而已
因為對真正居住在基隆的人而言根本上就不需要這個本來就有的交通方式
把這個既有的交通方式換個名稱,拆成兩段?
很抱歉,那就是個騙局
如果真的要花這400億不如拿來砸在都市更新,增強基隆自身體質提升人口拉力
就算讓那些地主建商賺到補貼也無所謂
反正如果真的要蓋捷運,也是同樣這批人賺到錢,還是有鄉民天真的以為進自己口袋?
那麼橫豎都是要讓這批人撈錢了,不如讓基隆留下真正有效益的建設
要不然基隆的定位真的是綁死在當雙北編制外的貧民窟而已
