前兩天經過商校街
去吃了板上曾經提過的虎咬豬
營業時間從下午三點到晚上七點的樣子
有蒙古烤肉跟黑胡椒豬肉(40).以及兩種綜合(45).
但其實兩種肉都是用烤的.@@(ps.瓦斯火烤)
因為老闆說黑胡椒比較香.所以我就點了黑胡椒豬肉.
據我的觀察.蒙古烤肉是生肉去烤.好像是里肌部位.
黑胡椒豬肉看起來已經醃好(有點像鹹豬肉)烤好放在一邊.
點了以後再加熱.部位應該是五花肉.
掛包皮是有含麥的.不是白饅頭.挺有口感.
搭上花生粉.酸菜.香菜.
雖然有點貴.但是份量還算不錯.
感覺上也蠻乾淨的.建議可以去試試..
