最近天氣漸熱,跟女友想說來吃個許久沒吃的海鮮丼
想起之前逛food版及板橋版有版友推的大漁丼
馬上就騎著機車出發
店的門面雖然很小不起眼,但記著門牌號碼的我們馬上就找到了
一看不得了,門外面已經有十位左右的客人在等待
馬上加深我們對大漁丼的期待
好不容易等了一個小時終於進去
由於等了一小時太餓的關係
原本只點了兩個夢幻丼(300元)
馬上再加點干貝握壽司(40元)跟小黃瓜捲(30元)
一上桌馬上就送上茶杯及味增湯
桌上的決明子茶很好喝,入口很會淡淡的回甘
附上的味增湯也不錯,有一些海帶芽及蘿蔔,湯也有魚的鮮味
湯剛喝完兩碗夢幻丼馬上就送來了
起先一映入眼簾的是一大尾胭脂蝦,以這個價位有胭脂蝦及海膽我覺得是還滿超值的
將芥末醬油淋上之後先吃一塊鮭魚
嗯,鮮度不錯,起碼沒有奇怪的腥味
這時女友跟我說:欸,它這不是醋飯耶...只是很硬的白飯!!
不禁一陣失望,個人覺得海鮮丼還是要醋飯才好吃啊~
馬上吃一口飯來確定一下
這...吃下去的第一個感覺
它不僅不是醋飯,以白飯來說它也太硬了吧!!
再挖其它位子的飯也是一樣,入口非常的硬
以我個人喜歡吃徧硬的飯來說,它也遠遠超出我能接受的標準
馬上挑了幾粒飯出來看一看
指甲一按,飯的中間果然還是白色粉粉的
換句話說,就是它 飯。沒。有。熟
馬上跟店員反應,接著師傅馬上出來表示說因為下午有客人反應飯煮太軟
所以晚上才會把飯煮硬一點
接著我再試吃干貝握壽司及小黃瓜捲,同樣也是沒煮熟的白飯
接下來我們就只是只飯上的魚料及壽司捲的小黃瓜抽出吃掉而已
----------抱怨分隔線----------
丼飯沒用醋飯我雖不滿意但還可以接受,但握壽司跟壽司捲不用醋飯是那招啊~~
連阿婆壽司都是用醋飯了,難道只有我覺得壽司用醋飯是常識嗎!!?
東西好不好吃是其次,但把東西煮熟是再基本不過了吧!!
food版上也有網友推文反應飯過硬的問題,我想這可能不是偶發狀況
今天花了670吃的一肚子火
希望有天板橋能吃到俗又大碗的日式海鮮蓋飯
