各位大大我想請問一下就是我原本已經減肥成功了但是最近天氣太冷了總會讓人家想吃東西而且我又是國中生每天都早出晚歸的 根本沒時間運動結果我一吃就胖了6公斤 後來我每天都跳繩500下 午餐吃很少 到了晚餐才比較多一點點而已 但我發現居然沒有瘦下來 請問有人可以告訴我 要如何飲食
