今天5點多就醒來,賴到六點半
7點出門大概跑了6圈400m,之後就在旁邊練截拳。
早上吃了一碗鹹粥
回到家大概快九點
感覺超想睡覺的= ="
這是早起的後遺症嗎?
還是我比較適合晚上運動呢?
朋友是說我有一點低血壓
要怎麼改善比較好呢?
