五點起床 要幾點睡? - 學習

這個問題好像有點蠢
最近已經在調整自己的睡眠時間 要念書
為了體力上的維持 每週跑步一次到兩次(跑五圈走五圈的間歇跑)
睡眠從十二點多調到十一點
十一點開始準備睡眠 東摸西摸約十一點半到十二點睡
起床卻一直delay
七點半鬧鐘響 總是會睡到八點半
但中午不睡午覺 有吃B群
這跟我未調整前的起床時間是一樣的 = =
想請問一下
1. 想要準時起床有什麼方法
2. 想要把生理時鐘提早有什麼方法
