考試的時候耳機出問題向ETS申訴， 之中已經先加發成績給學校了， 最近才收到ETS的回覆說可以退費，請問這樣之前已經processed的加發會消失嗎? 或者換各方式問，ETS的加發是紙本還是電子系統的顯示啊? 假如是前者就不擔心了，不知到板上是否有人有類似經驗，謝謝! - ...
