應該說 各地區域的食材 創作出來 當地的獨特料理

這次點味噌豚骨拉麵
之前不是說過,此店-麵屋嵐山,拉麵限內用
提供兩種,細直麵或粗捲麵

如果想吃兩種麵條口感,可以在加點NT10元的麵
然後跟服務人員說:加麵的改粗捲麵
這樣一來,兩種麵條都可吃到
這是粗捲麵
口感較佳

原本很怕吃 要熟不熟的,怕有腥味,結果是我想太多
