金府路上的中華電信,到了夜晚就是一個被攤販包圍的城堡,
這回吃的平治街香豆腐其實沒有名字,多虧網友介紹~(鞠躬)
小攤上就只簡單寫著「香豆腐」三個字,
只因在平治街上,就姑且讓我冠上街名稱呼吧。
(就跟 山明路大腸包香腸攤 那篇同理,就別笑我取名沒什麼慧根了XD)
說真的,來到攤子,一點都不臭耶!
怕吃臭豆腐那股味兒的其實可以嘗嘗看。
後方也有擺簡單桌椅,方便坐下來吃,
不過天氣冷了,又是在人行道上,還是外帶回家吧。
這次買的是香豆腐以及鹽酥豆腐,
老闆娘特別提醒:鹽酥豆腐是只有灑胡椒鹽,不加醬油膏的喔!
是說老闆娘好有氣質唷,語調、動作都輕柔。
香豆腐
有加泡菜、醬油膏、一些些甜辣醬,
其實除了豆腐不臭的差別外,其餘就跟臭豆腐作法相同。
香豆腐本身味道能吃得到豆香,外酥內軟,沒炸過頭,
且帶點韌度,嚼咬的時候還有汁!
鹽酥豆腐
不加醬只灑胡椒鹽也好好吃,
瞬間有種其實我從鹹酥雞攤買來的錯覺~
覺得很棒的一點是,泡菜雖然直接放同一袋,
卻沒有湯湯水水,以致於影響豆腐酥脆口感的情形,
而泡菜自己卻依然能保持自個兒的濕潤與爽脆,
酸氣夠,也不會有餿味,算是好吃的台式泡菜!
