每次到高雄火車站附近,總會到湯包湯解解饞,
湯包、玉米濃湯、蒸蛋是必點。
小吃集散地熱河路上競爭激烈,沒兩把刷子可是待不久;
可這湯包湯熱河店始終屹立不搖,雖然開得低調不張揚。
六合店反倒是比較有在作行銷的,但還沒找機會去吃,習慣這兒了。
櫃檯兼料理區就設在騎樓下(有空出讓行人可以通過的區域),
無論內用、外帶都是在此處點餐;
喜歡的話也可以待在這兒看蒸籠冉冉冒煙的模樣,
不過服務人員大都忙翻天,不要擋到她們的動線唷!
內用空間簡單整齊,雖不新穎但看得出有用心整理。
調味料和餐具須自助,建議一定要嘗嘗他們的獨家醬油,
鹹鹹甜甜又有點辣的味兒,和湯包搭配好加分。
等餐的時間不太一定,人少的時候馬上上餐,
人多的話就真的要等一會兒了,最久大概等過十來分鐘。
這紅紅的湯包倒是我第一次吃,也就是新菜色「麻辣湯包」;
另還有綠色的「養生湯包」待下次再嘗了。
小湯包
也就是原味湯包啦,咬開會爆湯唷,要小心燙口,
即使吃過N次如我都還是會因為太心急而燙到,哈!
豬肉餡和蔥的比例非常合我口味,蔥是稱職的調味作用而不過重,
肉質的細緻飽滿一向都令人滿意,外皮不算薄但好咬不爛。
麻辣湯包
其實這還是無意間發現菜單改版了,才知道推出新菜色啦!
由於擔心太辣, 所以先點個一籠嘗鮮就好;
但事實證明我是多想了,外皮的鮮豔紅色來自於甜菜根汁,
真正辣度來源是內餡,屬於溫和不嗆口的辣味,並帶有辛香,
一口接一口地吃會小冒汗,頓時又覺得頗為過癮,個人很喜歡!
玉米濃湯
我個人的另一必點,濃稠蛋花湯富有奶香,
料的部分可見少許碎肉、玉米,覺得比往年縮水,但還是好喝啦,
有時候懷念這碗玉米濃湯還比湯包多哩,哈!
蒸蛋
湯包湯的蒸蛋是比較屬於水水的超嫩版本,
滋味還不賴,有基本魚板、香菇等料。
不過覺得用心程度還是要再加油,口味口感開始不太穩定。
最後提一點,如果是對服務態度很在意的朋友,
可能會覺得服務人員不是那麼親切,也提供作參考囉!
