最近體力完全被工作和忙碌瑣事榨乾, 每天都覺得自己很需要大吃補補.
剛好看到朋友大力推薦高雄這間阿貴食堂的各式日式蓋飯,
一看到閃著光的誘人牛小排, 直接跟友人約下班後來這邊談公事邊吃飯.
阿貴食堂位在高雄文化中心附近的尚禮街, 附近最好描述的地標方位,
大概就是與五福路麥當勞沿著五福國小的路垂直吧!
店面以老宅透天一樓重新改裝, 成為低調的壽司與日式定食店.
不過整間店的裝潢風格跟印象中的壽司定食店不太一樣,
明亮採光, 淺色系牆面搭配淺色木頭桌椅,
倒有點走到咖啡輕食店的感覺.
入座後店員遞上菜單, 彩色圖片是參考以及推薦菜色.
詳細價目表在小張的黑白文字版上. 價格不親民, 但也沒到無敵貴,
一份定食/丼飯大約250~280, 海鮮版的再上去一些.
常態菜單之外, 也有小房子小黑板變動菜單.
像這天就有炙鮭魚蓋飯, 牛小排蓋飯和醬燒鮭魚.
不過第一次來我後來還是決定其中一份從基本款吃起囉!
雖說朋友從一開始推薦到現在好像都只推薦蓋飯,
但看到握壽司又想到自己好久沒吃, 忍不住就點了兩貫.
這是鵝肝牛肉握壽司和鮭魚握壽司.
鮭魚握壽司, 嗯~好吧一貫30不能強求.
鮭魚新鮮度和醋飯比連鎖迴轉壽司好吃,
不過因為吃壽司的嘴已經長歪到天邊, 好吃的鮭魚也吃過太多次,
這樣的鮭魚握壽司沒讓我留下太多印象.
鵝肝牛肉握壽司表現比較有亮點(價格也搭波)
鵝肝和牛肉好搭啊~~一口咬下鵝肝的香氣也整個盈滿口中,
如果真要來點握壽司, 這個口味可以試試~
接著, 這天的重頭戲上場了. 朋友點的, 傳說中的牛排丼.
OMG這個肉片真的閃閃發光耶! 之前看朋友臉書上的圖片,
以為只是照片後製效果吧, 但現場看起來就是這樣啊!!!!
非常非常喜歡這裡的牛排只煎5~6.5分熟!
粉色閃著油花, 奶油蒜香的香氣不斷撲鼻而來,
朋友一邊看我拍照一邊吞口水.
這˙肉˙片˙非˙常˙好˙吃. 一來是肉片厚薄適中,
我不喜歡切很厚難以咀嚼的肉片, 也不喜歡涮涮鍋那種薄見光無口感肉片紙,
這裡的厚度約0.5公分, 軟嫩好入口又有點彈牙, 油脂煎過後香氣也很迷人.
再來就是它的調味, 只用鹽, 蒜頭和奶油煎, 蒜頭奶油的香氣濃郁,
但整體鹹度不像一般外面牛排丼醬油刷一大堆,
這裡在蒜頭和奶油香氣慢慢散去後, 咀嚼可以吃到牛肉的原味.
接下來是隱藏版, 鰻魚丼. 會知道是隱藏版,
是在店家臉書搜尋電話要訂位時看到之前的動態時報,
寫著鰻魚丼限量且須預訂. 想想自己已經兩年多沒吃到鰻魚,
就當作好好犒賞自己一下吧(怎麼每天都在犒賞)
上桌時看到這麼大塊的鰻魚蓋在飯上我都要奔跑了~~
兩年前在台北吃所謂的鰻魚名店也沒看過這麼大的鰻魚呀~
喔對了, 鰻魚丼附了一小碟蔥末和芥末, 店員說可以搭配著一起吃.
小女子我有點怕芥末嗆鼻的味道, 所以只默默地倒入很多蔥末.
(不過後來覺得其實蔥真的有點太搶戲, 建議大家可以先吃原味,
吃到一半再加入蔥末吃另一種味道)
阿貴食堂的鰻魚, 如它臉書動態時報自己寫的一樣, "真的太美味了"
除了鰻魚很厚之外, 我喜歡它不過重的醬汁味(有些鰻魚刷的醬汁多到很誇張),
還有, 它的鰻魚肉是有彈性的. 以前吃這種鰻魚丼, 鰻魚向來就是軟嫩軟嫩,
但阿貴食堂不知道是怎麼處理這魚料, 咀嚼可以感受到它在齒間彈牙. 好好吃呢!!!
喔對了, 阿貴食堂這兩碗丼飯的米也非常好吃,
這天後來我一路顧著吃沒再拍照, 但很難得兩碗淋了醬汁,
上面鋪滿料的丼飯, 我和朋友還可以吃到一半,
異口同聲讚嘆"這個飯好好吃喔!" 詢問老闆娘,
老闆娘笑說他們家的米飯是用花蓮香米,
不過我之前去花蓮玩也買過, 怎麼就是煮不出這口感和這香味?
一碗單點, 一碗附的味增湯(我也忘記哪份飯附的).
味噌是比較偏甜的白味噌. 裏頭豆腐蠻多的, 吃飽收胃正好.
結帳完離開, 本來想順便跟阿貴食堂的店狗玩玩~
不過被友人阻止, 牠看起來似乎在休息.
整體來說, 這天我和朋友對阿貴食堂的日式丼飯可說是滿意至極,
完全滿足撫肚大笑走出店家(結果原本要咪廳的事情也沒咪到,
還是另外找了咖啡店) 雖然價格不是俗擱大碗的破盤價,
但我覺得在食材選擇以及餐點製作上都看得出店家的用心,
更喜歡不過重的醬汁調味, 希望下一次來訪的機會速速到來啦!!!
