假設喜歡吃日式甜甜口味的壽喜燒,又愛吃豬肉的,
高雄目前吃到最對味的壽喜燒,強力推薦草衙道的涮乃葉!
本想來吃頓新鮮蔬菜的火鍋,
無意中湯底很對味,是找很久找不到的甜湯底,頓時變成壽喜燒吃法了。
選壽喜燒湯頭,價位選豬肉餐,
想味道重些,再去醬料區摻兩匙日式醬油、一匙白醋(加酸)、半匙金桔甜醬(加甜)
倒到湯底裡煮,把湯底高度控制在半鍋以下,再丟一把洋蔥,
豬肉涮起來,和逝去的中島屋有87%像,又甜又嫩,肉味十足。
單論豬肉的話,品質甚至比中島屋還好,只是店裡走日式風,少了台灣人愛吃的火
鍋料,倒是美中不足了,我想煮豆皮和煎豆腐啊…
平日中午去用餐,用餐桌次也少少的,我吃了三個小時也不趕人,超爽。但是有最
後加點肉類的時間限制,所以建議先全力吃肉,過了吃肉時間再慢慢吃附餐,咖哩飯也
莫名奇妙的強,只是吃肉流的吃法最後一定吃不下飯了。
高雄市區內的壽喜燒專賣我幾乎都吃過了,中島屋以後再也沒有被好吃壽喜燒感動
的感覺,奇妙的卻是在一間涮涮鍋找到了。
最後還是要強調,愛吃豬肉,又喜歡偏甜壽喜湯頭,又希望用餐環境乾淨寬敞,服
務也在水準之上,才會交集到涮乃葉。涮乃葉的牛肉真的沒有味道,愛吃牛肉的朋友就
不太適合。
