自聽不少雙和地區網友們極力推薦這家平價日本料理堂後,
老早想擇日來一窺究竟。
店內人相當多,因客滿得先跟老闆娘登記。
趁等位時走去鄰近燦坤逛3C,半小時後手機響起,
總算有空桌。
回到店內,點了生魚片定食(NT.180),
附生菜沙拉,咖哩醬與白飯(兩者皆可免費續),
漬小黃瓜,味增湯與甜點紅豆湯。
不一會兒老闆娘端來定食托盤,初看時還真愣一下,
除主餐生魚片以外,其他全部一次上完,
連飯後甜點紅豆湯也先上桌,
這感覺其實不是很好,難道要先吃完甜點再吃生魚片嗎?
上次在新井的記憶猶新。
那真是兩百元以下吃過水準最高的定食配菜了,
所以這一次拿這兩家相比(兩家距離也很近)
漬小黃瓜口感不錯,入味。
生菜沙拉淋醬清爽開胃,菜葉新鮮。
味增湯還okay,不難喝。
紅豆湯不行,推測只是使用普通砂糖熬煮。
白飯煮得不差,咖哩醬味道偏台式口味。
整體輸新井,主要在精緻度上。
不久後生魚片上桌,新鮮且溫度適中,
切得相當厚,分量也給得足。
當下興致一來,又點了豆皮壽司(NT.50),
蘆筍蝦手捲(NT.50)與鮭魚卵手捲(NT.90)。
豆皮壽司的豆皮口感不錯,裡頭醋飯添加一點花生粉。
蘆筍蝦手捲好吃,蘆筍粗壯,口感清爽嫩脆,
鮭魚卵手捲則持平。
手捲部分美中不足大概就是海苔吧,
缺了該有的酥脆,受潮太嚴重了。
