我其實沒有很討厭電話行銷
以前電話打來說「給我三分鐘,妳聽聽看」
我也都會說好
最後有沒有買?有,我買過
因為是真的覺得不錯,對方態度也好
所以照片中可以看到,前幾通電話我是有接的
但這個專員真的太扯
一開始我也讓他解釋保單內容
他可謂百年難見的奇才
中間完全沒有停頓讓我可以插話
講完之後也完全沒有停頓直接說:
「x小姐這樣沒問題齁,那身高體重跟我說一下」

我還在理解你剛剛說的,怎麼馬上就要簽約
就算內容再好我也不想買
所以我直接說不好意思我再考慮一下
雖然後續又被他盧了五分鐘
但我就是完全不想跟這個業務員買
隔沒幾天打來我還是接了
一樣報完員工編號後,緊接著準備又要發揮口才
我打斷他說「目前不需要,謝謝」
他回:「但妳是我們很重要的客戶,一定要跟妳說一下」
我說:「不好意思我目前真的不需要」
業務員又鬼打牆的說:
「但X小姐妳真的是我們 很~~重要的客戶,
這個商品真的 很~~難得,
只需要花妳三分鐘的時間這樣可以齁」
我就掛他電話了
第三通打來我還是接了
原因是請他們在我的資料上面備註我不需要
請未來不要再打
結果不知道是不是備註錯了還是怎樣
昨天跟今天都打來
其實我想說的是
以前接到電話,我說不需要時
對方還會說「好的,打擾了」
不過是玉山、富邦,或是其他銀行
不知道什麼時候開始變成很盧
很盧之外有些還會直接要承保了
做保險不就是為了客戶著想嗎?
我五年前做某保經的行政人員
聽很多業務員分享過各種感人的故事
我以為業務員都應該保持著初心吧
怎麼會用近乎於誘騙的方式來達成業績
現在就覺得很阿雜
有Whoscall 很方便能直接掛斷
但還是覺得這樣很像騷擾
明明已經請他備註我不需要了
鄉民有人打去客服反應有用嗎?
