我運動和節食了一段時間(大約三個星期),可是體重一點都沒有減下來!讓我覺得很灰心。我目前是五十公斤,我想瘦到四十五公斤,請問有沒有什麼方式可以瘦的快一點?最好可以在一個半月內瘦五公斤,請不要提供消水腫的方法(因為有很多減肥方式只是消去體內的水分而已),只要不是太不健康的方
