看來大家對"面議"這個詞有相當的敵意
1. 薪資"面議"不代表低薪~ 公司想給高薪也要看你的工作能力,
假設如果公司原本只給N的薪水 但你的能力可以到N+1萬
"面議"就是表示薪水可以談的~
2. 薪資面議 -- 不等同 不符合勞基法,
3. 要判斷薪資是否符合勞基法,很簡單,只要有給勞健保,就必須符合勞基法
