身為基隆餐飲業者,給你一些建議
開餐廳很辛苦,但不必所有事情都迎合你的消費者
或許是因為剛開幕,希望多吸引一些客源
但記住自己的開店理念以及保有自己的堅持
這才會是你的特色
基隆的小吃就是擁有自己的特色
才能存活到現在
像以前的孝三路大腸圈,全基隆都知道他髒得要命
擺攤地方半夜隨隨便便幾隻老鼠搬家經過
但它仍是基隆的特色小吃
舉例塑膠袋裝吃海鮮,就不管美式不美式
希望客人吃得過癮,希望客人不划手機
吃飯之於多多培養人際,出發點是好事
當客人主觀講出來可能就成為缺點
改善就是在自己網頁或是菜單,甚至點餐前就口頭告訴客人
自訂出自己菜單介紹的SOP
我喜歡這家餐廳,我會配合餐廳理念以及餐廳規則
當然不適合這個規則就別消費而已
就跟孝三路大腸圈一樣,你覺得髒,就別吃啦
不過前提還是要你有這個本錢
當然希望老闆娘開業順利,站上的意見覺得可以吸收改進
那就執行,但記得自己得理念及堅持
