現在每天都要長時間坐在桌子前面
有時候看著看著就會頭腦發脹
心裡也會很忐忑不安
因為以前沒有打基礎的關係
現在時間緊迫 會覺得壓力好大很焦慮
坐下去頭腦會空白一陣子
好煩好煩好煩阿
請問各位有沒有什麼方法可以救救小弟我
