連招牌都沒有卻總是人潮滿滿
特地找一天內用點了鍋貼和蛋餅,食記跟大家分享

搬到三峽後,每天都在尋找家附近的美食
這間位於大同路上的早餐店,連個招牌都沒有,還是被人潮擠爆
店前的機車停車格沒有空過,一群群單車族把這裡當中繼站補充能量
內用、外帶皆有,內用先找位子再跟店員點餐(餐後結帳)
品項簡單,也有組合餐可以參考(價格並沒有因為組合餐變划算,只是好計算)
看到店裡的MENU才知道原來店家是有名字的
名字鍋貼王子疑似主打鍋貼這個品項
不管是現場包鍋貼的店員,還是煎台前製作蛋餅的老闆都有戴口罩
店裡、店外的環境打掃的整潔乾淨,用餐時很舒服
豆漿和紅茶(小杯12元、大杯16元)都點大杯
豆漿的甜度較紅茶低,我比較喜歡有茶香會回甘的紅茶
兩大天王都想吃就點組合餐吧!蛋餅(22元)、鍋貼(一個4元)
每個人都有淋桌上的佐料,辣醬油和油膏還有豆瓣醬攪和在一起
先拿蔥蛋(12元)做實驗
因為蔥末的加持已經有鹹香讓蛋甜更明顯,沾了醬後增加鹹辣感更開胃
鍋貼的外皮底層煎的赤焦已達及格分
除了底層其它表皮薄透,咬開不同於其它家的鍋貼
幾乎沒什麼肉,大量的高麗菜餡脆口多汁
本以為全靠高麗菜撐場面會顯膩,但多了醬汁增加豐富性很容易吃光光
蛋餅是炸過在鐵盤上煎,餅皮酥脆好吃,比炸蛋蔥油餅不油
剛剛單吃的蔥蛋放進餅皮裡依舊合理
蔥蛋的滑嫩感溫潤了炸餅皮,即使不沾醬也已有滋味
雖然客人從沒停過,但上菜速度很快,會再訪
