請問各位大大:釀葡萄酒的酵母菌是否可以用釀米酒用的酵母菌來代替呢?因我想降低酒中的糖度且增加酒精的濃度.而親戚有人在釀糯米酒,有米酒用的酵母菌.且一小包25克的酵母菌要用一斗的糯米.
