醃雞肉用太白粉問題 - 生活

之前看食譜其中有提到醃雞肉用太白粉,可是我照著操作後發現雞肉會變的糊糊的請問雞肉用太白粉醃如果不馬上用完會比較容易壞掉嗎?跟一般沒用白粉比起來可以長久保存嗎?加入太白粉有什麼功用?如果我想說先把開水煮開然後加入太白粉先做成太白粉水再來醃這樣可以嗎?
