基隆有家日本料理店,以價格便宜口又新鮮受到歡迎,店裡的食材幾乎都是老闆每天到當
地漁港採買的,不論是生魚片、握壽司還是炸蝦捲,口味都相當道地,尤其是人氣料理滷
香魚,先烤過後再滷上8小時,入口即化,連日本人也不遠千里來嚐鮮。
火槍直接熾燒,讓表皮帶點焦黃,逼出比目魚油脂後,淋上特調醬汁,就是一道美味的比
目魚壽司。客人:「讚,很爽口。」
色澤鮮豔帶有亮度的生魚片,切開後捲出完美幅度,就能上桌,一大片的海苔片,鋪上蘆
筍蝦肉,淋上美奶滋,美味蝦手卷完成,以生菜當底,放上現榨蝦捲,擠上美乃滋,灑上
小黃瓜絲香鬆,這就是大人小孩都愛的羅曼蝦。
業者:「加上我們師傅的炸蝦,我們一些蘋果絲、小黃瓜絲,加上給它配色,再點綴一下
一點鮭魚卵,感覺起來就是很漂亮、很可口。」
這道滷香魚也是店裡的人氣招牌菜,先烤再滷上數小時,直到魚刺完全酥化。日本客:「
很好吃。」記者:「跟日本吃的有不一樣嗎?」日本客:「一樣,一樣。」
為了維持料理鮮度,老闆堅持每天到基隆當地漁港採買食材,因為有地利之便,把省下的
成本,全回饋給消費者,食物好吃、新鮮,價格又公道,連日本客人也都大老遠跑到這裡
