我都早上唸一唸~ 下午5.6點就去跑跑步
而且走加跑1小時左右, 其實跑半個小時就很有效了
精神會很好,也真的不容易失眠,
其實我之前跑步是為了健康,不運動唸書很容易生病,
很容易生理影響心理唸不下書
走一走對循環也比較好喔^^
