許多人都說適度的運動有助於提高讀書效率
有許多人有晨跑習慣
包含我大學教授
甚至下雨也從不間斷
我也想試著去培養這樣的習慣
目前預定是一大早起床慢跑半小時
但我想問的是
運動完不是會有疲累感嗎?
這樣早上接下去唸書不會很想睡覺嗎?
不知道版上有沒有版眾可以分享一下經驗?
