辜家老宅變餐廳 老闆許效舜

昔日紅頂商人辜振甫的台北舊宅,現在改裝變成餐廳,賣的是澎湖特色的海鮮創意料理,
像是把麻油雞料理用澎湖青嘴魚來做菜;菜脯蛋的菜脯用澎湖小卷來做,而這家餐廳還有
一個相當出名的老闆,他是藝人許效舜。鞭炮聲大響,舞龍舞獅也派上場,藝人搞笑功力
堪稱一流,選在昔日紅頂商人辜振甫台北老宅開澎湖特色餐廳,街坊鄰居也來看熱鬧。
50多年前蓋的上海式建築,4層樓全棟搭配百年古董裝潢,古色古香的氣氛下品嚐澎湖小
菜,滋味到底如何?
菜脯蛋用料是「小卷」炒蛋;五花肉炒的是「酸瓜」;還有「海鱺魚」搭配泡菜干煮湯,幾
乎所有菜色用料全都是每周來自澎湖空運特產,讓愛吃「重鹹」家鄉味的人不必到澎湖,
這裡也吃得到。
