如題 幫朋友問
鄰居是躁鬱症患者，半夜會一直尖叫在房間丟東西，已經被吵好幾天了
這可以怎麼處理，之前警衛有關心過了，但是仍然沒有改善
有沒有有經驗的人可以分享一下，我朋友說非常困擾，雖然也知道躁鬱症的人也不是願意的
但在晚上被吵時還是沒辦法，只好上來問一下了，先謝謝各位了
