【工作職缺】
英文客服人員 (跨境電子商務 - eBay & Amazon)
【工作內容】
- Answering customers' email inquiries in a timely manner
- Organizing RMA returns and assess customers accordingly
- Updating customer orders
- Keep track of shipments to ensure safe and timely delivery
- Archiving customers record into database
(Duties not limited to above)
【徵求條件】
- Fluent in English and capable to communicate with customers from overseas
without any issues

- Able to be customer focused and liaising with customer needs
(專注於客人的需求並且能夠與客人良好的溝通)
- - Able to write in a professional and empathetic manner
(商業書信寫作能力, 會提供在職訓練)
- Capable of solving problems and utilize the available resources to satisfy
customers
(擁有解決問題的能力, 活用手中的資源幫客人解決問題)
- Have patience and a higher level of EQ (耐心及高EQ)
- Efficiently organize work and time to eliminate overtime possibilities
(可以有效安排自己的工作與時間)
- Take responsibility for every own decision and action (有責任感)
- A team player
- Basic knowledge in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Type at least 30 WPM in English (words NOT characters!)
【工作地點】
台中市西區(靠近光明國中)
【工作時間】
周一至周五 9:00 – 18:00
午休一小時,依個人午餐習慣自由決定午休時間
每週工時超過40小時請寫加班費
(加班須先徵得主管同意,否則請準時下班充實自己的人生)
【月休】
周休二日(周末不上班)
**可固定周末上班 (周三與四休息) 者會優先考慮但不強求

【薪資範圍】
有1~2年工作經驗者,依能力及資歷給予$35000~$39000
應屆畢業生,依學經歷給予$28000~$33000

其實工作內容主要就是在回覆客戶的信件,問題大部分是詢問商品或出貨進度之類的
還有遇到新品故障需要幫忙安排退貨,加班機會很少
真的需要加班頂多就是聖誕節前夕的旺季
老闆希望能找到的是細心負責,有事業心,
未來有意願被培養成負擔管理責任甚至跨部門的人
另外員工跟老闆上班場所不同,所以辦公室氣氛輕鬆自由
但上班時間內會很充實,可能沒有時間做自己的事,這點請有心理準備
