自己蠻喜歡亂煮的,然後周末又會去在菜市場擺攤的親戚那邊幫忙賣菜,
一方面是幫忙,另一方面可以拿到沒賣完的菜,不過在菜市場幫忙一陣子以後,
發現幾個買菜省錢小心得可以分享
1.找對時間買菜,通常早市到中午12底左右開始準備收攤,找已經在收的買
通常可以拿到比較多東西(有點類似幫老闆清庫存),
若是攤子周一休息就周日收攤前去買,老板會比平常更阿莎力
2.找熟悉的攤販買,有很多東西攤販會多給,像我有養寵物,老板會給我菜葉,
賣相不好但可以吃的菜(裂開的馬鈴薯/胡蘿蔔,已切剩1/4的高麗菜),
這些東西有時煮咖哩,煮燴飯都可以消耗掉,剩的才餵寵物
3.找用傳統磅秤的攤商(但要確認沒有改秤)
攤商客人進出很快,所以多半用傳統秤攤商都是以二分法算錢,
比如秤起來1斤多1點,他只算1斤的錢,而電子秤就不會有多給斤兩的,
頂多你幾斤幾兩買個103元老板少拿3元罷了,到用傳統秤的攤商買
每樣都有多一點斤兩,買多的話加起來有時會差到10~20元
4.學會食材的料理跟保存,你東西拿的多,可以直接問老闆怎樣煮,
怎樣排順序(有些食材可放有些要馬上煮),放的可以問老闆怎樣放才保新鮮,
好的老闆多半會教你,然後回家記得馬上用好,別為了省錢結果買回來卻
放到壞掉又丟掉(更浪費),像我有老闆賣給我很多苦瓜(10條50元),
我馬上把當天要吃的拿來炒,剩下的全部醃起來作梅漬苦瓜,還分送給同事
同事也會互相回送其他東西,禮尚往來
