我想請問各位大大...我買豬軟骨回家煮軟骨是還不錯吃可是煮起來豬軟骨旁邊的"肉"都澀澀硬梆梆的Q:要怎麼讓豬軟骨旁邊的肉吃起來不會澀澀硬硬的而是嫩嫩軟軟的,是火侯的關係還是要先過油或炸過?還是要如何做?我需要作法!!!!(我是要煮成湯的喔!例:菜頭軟骨湯)我需要詳細的說明!!!!!
