請教各位如何"早起"念書? - 時間管理

我目前白天有工作,早上八點到班,下午五點下班,到家時間約五點半,頂多再遲十分鐘而已!
回家後得進行自己論文的研究,我無法晚睡,通常十一點,十一點半就得上床,
我想要早上五點或五點半起床(約睡滿六小時),希望能在七點半出門前再做點事,
想請問大家都是如何讓自己早起?不會賴床或睡籠覺呢?
