唱歌時間為星期六，9點過後，或夜唱時段
希望條件為，價格便宜，歌曲不用最新，但不能舊的太離譜。
治安OK的，不會唱到一半陌生人進來鬧場，或是女生稍微離開講個電話就被綁架，
或是不小心喵到一眼就被打，諸如此類。
音響不可以太誇張，會出現爆音，或雜音之類的。
如果有提供簡易餐點尤佳(飲料，爆米花，冰淇淋，烤麵包等)。
身為宜蘭人，但有5,6年沒在宜蘭唱歌了，麻煩大家推薦了 :)
