"我們不應該覺得多吃什麼補品才是健康
而是少吃才是健康 "

想要方便 便宜 簡單

先買一罐魚油 綜合維他命 乳清蛋白作為最方便的營養補充來源
其他的營養就靠食物來吸收
早餐 超市買得到的饅頭 + 3顆土雞蛋 (一斤55 約10顆 ) + ( 堅果 ) + 魚油 + 綜合維

午餐 買的便當
下午 地瓜+豆漿+乳清蛋白
晚餐 水煮青菜加橄欖油(拌炒方式)+糙米+蛋+主菜
這樣早餐大概 60
午餐70
下午70
晚餐50
我是認為啦 這樣對於一般人就非常夠了
不管是增肌期還是減脂期
偶爾懶的用還是可以去外面吃
最重要的還是訓練 訓練 訓練
