原本我也以為放在 塑膠小桶子 裡蓋好就好,然後隨手放在廚房角落,
要用時拿一些出來就好,最近拿一些環境毒性的書來讀,
發現這些書都不約而同提出一個觀點:
米要放在下層冰箱裡
原因是米在潮濕室溫的環境下,容易發黴,有利於黃麴毒素的生長,
而這是用眼睛無法辨別的,對於身體健康來說,是有傷害的
最近很夯的長庚毒物科醫師林杰樑,他接受採訪時,也是看他還是家人
把米放在冰箱裡,不過理由我就忘了,那個新聞過有一段時間了,
不過我有幾個疑問啦~
一般市售的包裝米,大約在3kg左右,塑膠袋子開封之後,怎麼放都不對,
根本不適合放在冰箱裡,
是不是能有人提個建議,要用什麼容器裝這3kg的米呢?
是用塑膠保鮮盒?還是不銹鋼鍋?還是買個大玻璃罐子?
容器的材質會不會造成米的污染?
還有,我總覺得我家的冰箱很潮溼,蔬菜水果啦,沒吃完的菜啦,剛買回來的肉啦
各位的冰箱都是這樣濕濕的嗎?還是你們都怎麼處理讓冰箱保持乾燥呢?
要不然把米放到冰箱裡,不正好提供了潮溼的環境給黴菌生長了嗎?
