因為大家都說運動可以減肥...我也喜歡跑步阿跳繩阿打球阿之類的運動,可是這樣不會變成肌肉吧...XD我很怕說我現在會喝油切綠茶<<小S代言的那個不知道有沒有效@@我36公斤可是可是可是最近看起來好像變胖一點了ˇˇ想說很慘無聊來運動衣下又很怕變成肌肉哈哈ˋ大大能教教我嗎?...Showmore
