最簡單省錢的白煮蛋其實不是用電鍋煮耶
只要先取得煮開的水,取約一千cc的量
將白煮蛋浸泡在煮開的熱水中浸泡八分鐘
八分鐘後大概就蛋白熟,蛋黃半熟的狀態
之前在新加坡的時候,早餐店都提供這樣的白煮蛋當早餐
記得蛋要洗乾淨或是沒被雞屎汙染過,
否則破殼的時候,蛋有可能被蛋殼汙染而染菌
聖誕節,希望大家都吃得健康
