請問各位大大 是否有經驗送過文件(推薦信,成績單...等等) 我之前送件了兩間學校 明尼蘇達跟賓州州大 在美加代辦處 送件的 它們用DHL 每個文件 各400 NTD 請問這是正常價格嗎? 郵局快捷不知道多少錢,兩者送件時間價格速度安全性有差別嗎? 謝謝回答 - ...
