也不是想睡
就只是會懶懶的不想動
通常這時候我會去洗個臉
站起來做個簡單的操
擦個萬金油或小護士提神
或是吃可食用的薄荷精油球
但是最近這種情況越來越嚴重
漸漸的就算喝提神飲料效率也不好
睡覺時也感覺怎麼樣都睡不夠
確定沒有生病卡陰之類的
請問大家這時候是怎麼解決呢
另外有人推薦除了萬金油跟面速利達母之外的擦了會涼涼的東西嗎
