找了很久有三篇供你參考:
1.
實施呼氣酒精測試,然測得值為0,而血液酒精檢驗,卻有1.3mg/dL 的微量反應,兩者間之差異,是否代表呼氣酒精測試器的精準度受到質疑?
研析一:如果大客車駕駛確未喝酒,血液中1.3mg/dL 微量的酒精含量從何而來?
根據一份台北市立中興醫院八十八年的報告指出:
(一) 人體血液中酒精濃度檢驗值以柯達「Kodak Etachem 500」生化分析儀檢測出來之參考值如下:正常值0-10mg/dL、中毒值50-100mg/dL、中樞神經機能減退值大於100mg/dL、死亡反應值大於400mg/dL。
(二) 未飲酒狀況下血液中仍檢驗出酒精濃度含量可能原因:
1.如果在抽血時,不慎採用酒精棉球消毒時,就可能使檢驗數值增高,
但採用無含酒精成分之優點藥水消毒則可避免。
2.另外其他藥物干擾所引起之假陽性反應。
3..陽性結果可能來自經酒類烹調的菜餚。(補充)

It has also been asserted that ‘false’ positive(假陽性) BAC(血液酒精濃度) readings may also occur as a result of drivers taking cough syrups(咳嗽藥水、咳嗽糖漿) or eating foods that (either knowingly or unknowingly) contain alcohol or contribute to levated levels of blood alcohol. ....‘over the counter’ formulas. Most cough syrups were found to be‘alcohol free’. Syrups that did contain alcohol had a concentration between 3%-5% alcohol. (以為不含酒精的咳嗽糖漿,其實不然)
The dosage for these medicines ranged from 10-15mL to be taken three to
four times daily. ....
Whilst overripe fruit(吃了過熟水果時) and other foods stuffs such as tomato based products(含蕃茄製品的食物也可能含酒精)may contain ethanol, it will be in very small concentrations, ie, 6 ppm (Mallon and Katelaris, 1997) and is likely to be discarded given the prescribed procedure for conducting evidentiary measures of breath alcohol.
Endogenous alcohol(內生性酒精)
(Logan and Jones, 2000). ....Across the studies reviewed, reported levels of
endogenous alcohol ranged from 0.0002gm% to 0.0015gm%(內生性酒精含量:百分之0.0002克至0.0015克), which at the upper end is just detectable with the Dräger 7110 evidentiary sampler.

根據國外醫學文獻指出,人死後血液中的酵素反應可能會造成「假陽性的酒精高 檢測值」:
人死後血液中的"乳酸"及"乳酸去氫酵素"會增加而因此干擾血液酒精測試出現高檢測值。由於血液是在人死後抽檢 結果為0.3若還原稀釋前的濃度則高達0.9,有這麼高的酒精濃度應該早已酒精中毒不可能
