三月的天氣真的有夠不穩定,怪不得人家常常說春天後母心…
其實說的就是春天跟女人的心一樣善變吧(哼!我不承認)
時冷時熱的天氣,冷的時候可以吃火鍋,熱的時候可以吃一些涼拌清爽好入口的
南國風味料理,其實只要不感冒,春天也是很不錯的暴食季節~。
內湖的泰式料理不多,平價的就又更少了…
某天中午在中國醫藥學院附設醫院內湖分院旁的巷子閒晃(有沒有那麼繞口啦),
看見一間小麵攤店內的牆面上,貼著個小紙報,上面寫著推出新品:泰式涼拌雞絲河粉,
中午就決定吃這個吧~(好隨性唷我XD)
不過店內還有賣什麼我也不記得了,有記得帶錢包和鑰匙出門就很不錯哩耶!!!
回到家之後,好整以暇的準備迎接我的中午大餐,
打開蓋子看到大手筆的的硬花生灑落在雞絲上面呀…
花生的鹹香淡淡的湧了出來,鼻腔的刺激帶動著口腔莫名興奮,
紅紅的小辣椒片、翠綠的高麗菜絲、接近雞肉條的雞肉絲,
引得人胃口大開,趕走了悶熱的情緒與氣溫。

雞絲給得也很大方,不會太柴也不算太濕。
灑在雞絲上面那一點一點的是九層塔粉,淡淡的香氣加上魚露酸酸甜甜的味道,
只有簡單的高麗菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、雞絲、河粉、硬花生,
卻被這樣的調味牽引出食材的原味與甜味,只是用很簡潔的的涼拌手法,
極為單純的調味料,淡淡的微酸和微微刺激性的辛辣襯得河粉的甘甜味更為突出
(吃到最後才會覺得有一點點點點辣)

因為老板娘的料給的真的很大方,所以雞絲、高麗菜絲…和河粉的比例恰成一比一,
吃到最後反倒不覺得是涼拌雞絲河粉,要說是涼拌河粉雞絲也無可厚非。
值得一提的是店家不是意思意思灑幾粒小花生米,大量的花生創造了不同的口感層次,
河粉的厚度剛剛好,夾起來不易斷又有彈性,很耐吃呀,耐吃到我隔天中午又吃了一次,
真的是炎炎春日的好選擇唷XD
PS詳細的營業時間我不是很清楚,我問老板娘晚上營業到幾點…
她說晚上不是她在營業,她不清楚^^"
呃…下午營業到兩點就是哩~~
PS店裡用餐以女性居多,沒看到什麼男性同胞耶。
