萬巒海鴻豬腳是不是味道有點變? - 屏東

從去年過年到今年過年消費過4次,味道感覺沒差太多
但口感感覺確差很多
以前的海鴻比較有口感,比較Q嫩,所以我很愛吃帶皮的部份
但這4次吃下來,感覺皮和肥肉的部份變的只有軟的口感
變的有點像爌肉飯的爌肉(口感部份)
我是知道很多在地的會說海鴻觀光客吃的,但因為從小就吃
所以回憶加分很多
以前海鴻還沒真空包時,吃過熊家和林家的,其實味道也不差
後來出社會聽作為萬巒媳婦的同事推薦吃過另一家,也不錯
不過嚐完鮮,每次去萬巒還是會不自覺買海鴻
但如果海鴻再這樣軟下去,下次真的狠下心換家了
